Unfair Permanent Ban on Toptop Account With VIP5 and ₺25,000 Spent
On September 13, 2025, my Toptop account was permanently banned after I was falsely reported by another player while joking around with my friend. My friend and I were simply teasing each other, and neither of us filed any complaint. The report came from an unknown guest in the room who misunderstood the situation.
I have never engaged in any behavior that violates the rules or causes harm to others. Despite this, my account was closed without a valid reason.
When I contacted live support, I was told that the matter had to be handled by management, but I never received any response from them.
My account had a VIP5 membership and I spent approximately ₺25,000 on it, making this unfair ban even more devastating.

I demand that my account be reinstated immediately and that my unjustified ban be lifted. I expect Toptop to review this case carefully and resolve my grievance as soon as possible.
