Last night, my Top Top account was suddenly hit with a 29-day ban without any explanation or justification. My account details are ID: 99497571.

I received no notification or warning regarding why this ban was applied. I attempted to contact customer service, but they were offline, and I was unable to receive any support.

This ban has completely restricted my access to essential features such as chat rooms and game rooms. I have never previously faced such a long suspension, and this is the first time I have encountered such an issue.

I request that this 29-day ban be lifted immediately and that a clear explanation be provided. Players deserve transparency and fairness, not unexplained penalties.
