Two days ago, my TopTop account (ID: 106823887) was banned after I sent the word “canım” (a casual, affectionate term) to a female player. This message was not intentional or malicious, yet my access was blocked without any detailed explanation of the violation.

I have not contacted customer support before, but I’m filing this formal complaint now. I respectfully request that you review the chat context, confirm there was no rule-breaking or harassment, and remove the ban so I can access my account again.
