TopTop Account Suspended For 7 Days Without Clear Reason

On Wednesday, June 3, 2026, at approximately 18:01:26, the TopTop application blocked my account for 7 days on my iPhone, stating that I had violated the rules. I strongly disagree with this decision, as I have not intentionally infringed any norm, and the app has not clearly indicated what specific rule I supposedly violated. This suspension affects me very seriously, because this Friday I have my wedding and I planned to use the app to share and enjoy this moment with my friends and relatives. For this reason, I respectfully request that my case be reviewed urgently and that the 7‑day suspension be cancelled as soon as possible, or that my account be unblocked immediately. I ask you to reconsider this measure, to reactivate my account and, if possible, to explain clearly what happened so that there are no misunderstandings in the future.
