Toptop App Harming Family Relationships — Urgent Request for Account Closure
My spouse created two different accounts on the Toptop app using an Android device — one under the name “Ask kadını” and the other unnamed (IDs: 91059176 and 8716475). One of these accounts has been active for 774 days, and the other for 602 days. The excessive time spent on this app has seriously disrupted our family life; my spouse no longer spends time with our children, and our marriage is now at risk.
I have been unable to reach Toptop’s customer service and could not receive any assistance regarding this issue. Beyond having these accounts permanently closed, I also request that access to the app be completely blocked. There may have been in-app payments made, but I’m not certain.
I am writing from Istanbul, and for the sake of my family’s well-being and unity, I urgently request the closure of both accounts and the complete restriction of access to the Toptop app.
