TopTop Device Ban Prevents Creating New Account on Android

I have been facing a sudden and unexplained device ban on the TopTop platform for more than a month. I am using a Samsung phone running Android 13, and I had been using TopTop normally without violating any rules. However, without any warning or clear reason, I found that I was blocked.

Currently, whenever I try to create a new account on TopTop using this phone, I receive a message indicating that I am banned, and I am completely unable to register or use the platform. I no longer remember the username or ID of the last account that was used on this device, but it appears that the ban is applied to the device itself rather than just a single account.

I respectfully request that the ban on my device be lifted so I can use TopTop again. If there is a specific violation, I kindly ask that you clearly explain the reason for this ban so I can avoid such issues in the future.
