TopTop Device Ban On Samsung A13 Preventing Account Access
About three weeks ago, my Samsung A13 device received a device ban while playing TopTop. Since then, I have been completely unable to log into my account (ID: 92949*). Every time I try, I get an error message related to the ban, and I cannot access my profile at all.
I want to clarify that I have never made any payments within the game, and my account has no purchased content or subscriptions. Despite this, I am locked out without any explanation or warning.
I request that the device ban be lifted so that I can log back into my account and continue playing. It is unfair to permanently block access without justification, especially when no paid content or rule violations are involved.
