Jakora Banned My Account for 7 Days Without Explaining the Violation
On Monday, August 3, at approximately 10:49 PM, while playing Jakora, I was removed from the room without receiving any warning. I was informed that I had committed a violation and that my account had been banned for 7 days. I did not engage in any behavior that violated the rules during the game, yet I was not provided with any clear explanation about why I was banned.
I am experiencing inconvenience because of this ban, which I believe was issued unfairly and without a clear reason, and I am currently unable to access my account. Therefore, I request that I be provided with a specific explanation of the violation I allegedly committed, that my ban be removed if it was applied incorrectly, and that an apology be issued for the inconvenience caused.
I kindly request that the necessary action be taken as soon as possible.
