Toptop Ignored My Reports After User Posted My Private Info

Since last night, I have been receiving threats from a user with ID 98512887 on the Toptop app, and this person has also shared my personal phone number publicly within the app. I have reported this situation to the app management several times, but I haven’t received any response, and I now feel completely helpless and unsafe. The lack of action from the platform has only made my situation worse.

I urgently request that the account belonging to the user who threatened me and shared my private information be permanently banned, and that their device access be blocked if possible. For the sake of my personal safety, I demand an immediate solution and an official response from the Toptop management team.
