Toptop VIP 5 Account Permanently Banned Without Reason On iOS
On August 16, 2025, my VIP 5 account named “Punisher” on the Toptop app (iOS) was permanently banned. The account was closed the morning after I logged out of the game, without any justification or explanation.
I have never insulted, cursed, or used offensive language toward anyone. The only time I ever received anything in-app was one warning, but I did not commit any rule violation. I never received any further notice or explanation before the permanent closure.
I contacted Toptop’s support team through the email section in the app to request account recovery, but I have not received any response. I believe my account was wrongfully banned and that this decision is unfair.
I am requesting that my VIP 5 account be reinstated immediately so I can regain access to the subscription level and content I paid for. Customers should not lose their accounts without valid reason, especially when no actual violation occurred.
