Toptop Permanently Banned My Account for Fraud Without Evidence
On August 4, 2026, at approximately 4:05 PM, when I attempted to log into my Toptop account, I saw a notification stating that my account had been permanently banned for “fraud” even though I had never committed any fraudulent activity. The warning screen stated that my access to the community had been permanently restricted.
Before this happened, someone on the application wanted to have a voice conversation with me, but I asked them to communicate through messages instead. Later, this person said they wanted to buy my account, and I clearly stated that I was not selling my account. As a joke and in a way that could have been misunderstood, I only sent a message saying something like, “Let me ask Toptop officials how the purchase process works,” simply to scare the person. Other than this interaction, I have never engaged in any behavior on the application that could be considered fraudulent.
I have never committed fraud on the Toptop application, misled anyone, requested money, or attempted to sell my account. Despite this, I believe receiving a permanent ban is completely unfair. I request that my account be reviewed, that this incorrect decision be corrected, and that the ban placed on my account be removed.
