Toptop Account Permanently Banned Despite No Insults, My Investment Lost

My Toptop account (User ID: 91327580) was permanently banned about one month ago, even though I followed the rules and did not use insults. The ban was triggered after my message was reported multiple times, yet I received no fair review. Despite not violating the rules, my account was shut down.

Afterward, I contacted customer support, but the responses were dismissive and unhelpful. Meanwhile, I have screenshots of other users sending offensive messages, yet no action has been taken against them. It feels like enforcement is inconsistent and unfair.

This situation has caused me serious harm, as my account contains an investment of nearly ₺30,000, and monthly diamond deductions are still ongoing. I have been an active and long-term user of the platform, and it is unacceptable to lose everything without justification.

I am demanding that my account be reinstated immediately and that this issue be reviewed in detail. If my grievance is not resolved, I will pursue all legal rights and actions available to me. Toptop must take accountability and treat its players fairly.
