Today, while playing Top Top: Candy Bom (User ID: 98096421), I received an unfair 24-hour ban. During the match, I pointed out that an older player was breaking the rules by attacking another player before my partner was eliminated. That player began to insult me, and when I responded, I was suddenly kicked from the room and then automatically banned.
It seems that the other player reported me, which triggered the system to ban me automatically. Since I did not know how to use the report function, I was unable to file a complaint against them.
I explained the situation clearly to customer service, but instead of investigating, I was only told: “You should click on the message and report it.” When I asked for the game logs to be reviewed to see who actually used offensive language first, I was offered no real solution. The representative’s indifferent and dismissive attitude left my issue unresolved.
This is the first time I have ever experienced such an unfair penalty, and I am still under the 24-hour ban. I request that my ban be lifted immediately and that in similar cases, players who use abusive language or break the rules be reviewed and punished fairly.
I also have the reference number and screenshots from my communication with customer service as evidence.
