Device Ban Preventing Login to My TopTop Account

For about one month, I have been unable to log into my TopTop account. When I try to access it using my Redmi 12C device, I receive a “device ban” warning and cannot reach my account.

My account is linked to the phone number 0537*3349.

I request that this issue be resolved by lifting the device ban so I can regain full access to my account. This situation has caused serious inconvenience, and I expect TopTop to restore my account access without further delay.
