Toptop Games Account Banned Without Reason And 10,000 TL Balance Lost
About 3–4 months ago, my account on the Toptop Games app (User ID: 01783826578) was completely closed and banned without any explanation. I was never informed of a reason for the ban, nor did I receive any warning or notification beforehand.
At the time of the ban, my account had a balance of approximately ₺10,000 from top-ups I had made. After losing access, I attempted to contact Toptop support multiple times both through the app and via customer service, but I never received any reply. To this day, my account remains closed, and my funds are inaccessible.
I want to make it clear that I never violated any rules, and I was never informed of any misconduct. This sudden ban has caused serious financial and personal harm.
I am requesting that my account be reinstated immediately and that my losses be compensated. Toptop Games must provide transparency, communicate with its users, and resolve unfair account closures like this one.
