Toptop VIP 5 Account Wrongfully Banned For 6 Hours Without Rule Violation

On August 14, 2025, around 04:20, my account (username/ID: 97549666) on the Toptop mobile app was unfairly banned for 6 hours with the reason stated as “reported for (other).”
I currently have a VIP 5 N2 Yellow Diamond membership, along with multiple in-app purchases. Despite this, my account was restricted without any valid justification.
This is not the first time this has happened. I have been wrongfully banned 2–3 times before, and I am extremely frustrated with these repeated penalties. I have never violated community guidelines, yet I continue to face unfair suspensions that disrupt my usage and cause unnecessary stress.
I am demanding that the 6-hour ban on my account be lifted immediately and that a thorough investigation be conducted to prevent these unjust penalties from happening again in the future. Paying users deserve fair treatment and transparent moderation.

My account with the username 'Galatasaray' on the Toptop app was banned today for harassment, even though I have not committed any offense. My account is at VIP 7 level and I last made a payment of 2,000 TL on September 22. I was using the latest version of the app on an Android phone and this is the first time I have encountered such an issue.
I have not violated any community guidelines in any way and I request that this unfair ban imposed on me be lifted. I have not yet been able to contact customer service. I kindly ask for my account to be reactivated.
