Smallpdf charged me without consent and no cancel button shows up—how can I stop payments?

If Smallpdf is charging you without your permission and you can't see a stop button, try logging in through a browser (not the app) and going to Account → Plan or Manage Subscription. The cancel button may be hidden under those sections.

If you really can't stop, contact Smallpdf support right away through their Help Center. Be sure to include your account email, the date of the charge, and a screenshot of the page where the cancel button should be.

You'll need to cancel through Apple, Google Play, PayPal, or a third party if the payment is through those services. 

To do this, go to Subscriptions in your Apple ID or Google Play settings, or Automatic Payments in PayPal, and stop the renewal there.
