Smallpdf Subscription Refund Due To Cancelation After A Week
I am writing regarding my Smallpdf Pro yearly subscription linked to the email address lis***@Onet.pl. I was charged for a yearly Pro plan that started approximately last week, and I cancelled this subscription today, on the same day I realized and acted on it. Despite cancelling the subscription immediately, I have still been charged for the yearly fee. I contacted your customer support and only received an automatic response explaining how to cancel the subscription, which I had already done, without any information about a refund. Since I cancelled the Pro yearly subscription very shortly after it started and do not intend to use the service, I kindly request a full refund of the yearly fee and written confirmation that my subscription has been fully cancelled and no further charges will be made to my account.
I just received an email stating that I will only be refunded €56. I canceled the subscription on the same day the charge was made. I am requesting a FULL REFUND, as I have not used the service for half a year. Charging €34 for at most a week—likely even less—does not make sense. As they say, the math isn’t adding up.
