Canceled Smallpdf Subscription but Still Getting Charged — How to Stop It
Even though I canceled my Smallpdf Premium plan months ago, since June 2025, I’ve noticed that a $12 monthly charge continues to be withdrawn from my İş Bank credit card under the description “SMALLPDF*ZURICH.”
When I log into my account, it no longer shows any active Premium subscription, yet the charges continue every month. After realizing this issue, I sent an email to Smallpdf’s customer support, but I have not received any response. Although I don’t have a cancellation confirmation document, my account dashboard clearly shows that I am no longer a Premium member.
I request that all unauthorized charges be refunded, that no further payments be withdrawn from my card, and that this billing issue be permanently resolved.
