On November 25, I noticed that $135 was charged by Smallpdf without my knowledge or consent. Prior to this transaction, I did not knowingly start any subscription, nor do I recall signing up for a free trial. At the time, my phone or device was in my children’s hands, so I believe the subscription may have been started unintentionally by my children without realizing it.
After the transaction, I tried to contact Smallpdf via email and support channels, but I was unable to reach a resolution, and I could not cancel the subscription on my own. I request that this unauthorized charge be canceled, that the full $135 be refunded to me, and that this subscription be terminated immediately.
I kindly ask that the necessary review be conducted to correct this unauthorized transaction and that my inconvenience be resolved.
