I need some help or guidance. A few days ago, I cancelled my Smallpdf subscription, but today I woke up to see an unauthorized debit of $108 from my card. I’ve already emailed their support team, but I haven’t received any response yet. This situation is really stressful because that money was part of my rent, and the unexpected deduction has put me in a difficult position. I’m hoping someone here has experienced something similar or knows how I can escalate this issue quickly.
