SmallPDF Keeps Charging My Card After I Cancel My Subscription

I had a monthly subscription with SmallPDF, and even though I canceled my subscription, my credit card is still being charged. Since April 22, 2026, I've been charged $12 from my card every month.
Since the platform doesn't have accessible customer service, I haven't been able to resolve this by speaking with anyone directly, and I'm worried about how long these charges will keep happening. Even though I canceled my subscription, I do not accept that money is still being taken from my card.
I'm requesting a full refund of all the unauthorized charges taken from my card since April 22, 2026.
