Refund Request For Accidental Smallpdf Subscription Renewal
I am writing to request a refund for an unintended renewal of my Smallpdf subscription. On 30/06/2026, my subscription was automatically renewed and I was charged 108 USD for the Premium plan at around 5:30 AM local time in Vietnam. I was not aware that my trial had ended and did not intend to continue with the paid subscription. As soon as I noticed the charge, I immediately cancelled the subscription to prevent any future renewals, and I have not used any Smallpdf Pro features after the payment was processed. I kindly request that the renewed subscription be cancelled and that the 108 USD charged on 30/06/2026 be fully refunded, as the renewal was unintentional and the service has not been used since the charge.
