Unrecognized Smallpdf Payment on Bank Statement — How to Fix It Fast
On October 17, 2025, a charge of approximately $286 was made on my Enpara credit card in the name of Smallpdf, without my knowledge or authorization. This transaction does not belong to me, and I have not given any approval for a purchase or membership. I have never provided my card details to Smallpdf before, and this is the first time I have encountered such a situation.
As soon as I noticed the issue, I contacted Enpara customer service, who informed me that the transaction would be reviewed and disputed. However, I request that the full amount be refunded to me as soon as possible and that a detailed explanation be provided regarding how this transaction occurred.
I am expecting an urgent resolution and a prompt response regarding this matter.
