I used SmallPDF online to edit a PDF file and was asked to enter my card details for free access. I assumed it was a trial, but for the past 6 months, they have been charging me $12 without my knowledge. Since I have multiple transactions on my card, I didn’t notice the charges right away. I have cancelled my subscription and now I need my money back please I strongly warn others not to use this service. I demand an immediate refund and expect SmallPDF to stop unauthorized charges. This needs to be fixed!
