On October 3, 2025, at 2:34 PM, I purchased a Smart PDF Pro membership for $110 using my credit card. However, just five minutes after purchasing, I canceled my subscription. Despite the product description stating there was a one-day free trial, the fee was immediately charged to my card, and no refund was issued even though I canceled right away.
The website provides no customer service contact information — I was only able to find an info email address, to which I wrote, but received no response. The “report a problem” section on the website also does not function properly, and my messages do not go through.
This is the first time I’ve experienced such an issue, and it is unacceptable that such a large amount was charged for only five minutes of use, especially when a free trial period was promised.
I am requesting an immediate refund of $110 and an investigation into this misleading practice by Smart PDF.
