I used the Smallpdf online platform to edit a PDF file, and I was asked to enter my credit card information for what I believed was free access or a trial period. However, for the past six months, $12 has been withdrawn from my card every month without my knowledge or consent.
Because there were many transactions on my card, I didn’t notice these recurring charges immediately. I have now canceled my subscription and am requesting an urgent refund for all unauthorized charges.
I also demand that Smallpdf immediately stop these unauthorized billings and ensure that such charges do not happen again. This situation is unacceptable and must be resolved as soon as possible.
