I registered on the SmallPDF website for a free trial on 17/02/2026 using the account under the name Abhipsa K*** with the email address abhipsak***@gmail.com. Immediately after starting the free trial, I cancelled it within about one minute. Despite this, I was charged 979 Indian rupees on the same day. I started this as a free trial and cancelled it almost instantly to avoid any payment, so being charged 979 INR is unfair and misleading for a service that was clearly promoted as free for the trial period. I have already contacted SmallPDF support regarding this issue but so far I have not received any response. I request that the full amount of 979 INR charged to my account be refunded as soon as possible and that my trial and any related subscription be cancelled, so that no further charges are made in the future.
