Smallpdf Pro Auto-Renewal Charge Complaint
I am writing regarding my Smallpdf Pro annual plan, which was unexpectedly renewed on 7 December and charged to my credit card without my explicit consent or awareness of an upcoming renewal. I did not intend to continue the subscription for another term and was surprised to see the payment processed. The renewal is associated with the invoice or order number #RB165C5. Since I was not planning to use the service for another year, I consider this renewal unwanted and unfair. I have not yet contacted Smallpdf customer support about this issue and am first expressing my situation and request here. I kindly request a full refund of the amount charged for this unintended renewal and the cancellation of any future automatic renewals linked to my account, so that I am not charged again without clear and explicit approval.
