Smallpdf's Unexpected Renewal Charge - Request For Refund

I’m writing regarding an unexpected charge for my Smallpdf subscription, even though I no longer wish to use the service. My account email is aonneo***@gmail.com, my name is Aonuma K***, and the relevant invoice number is RB30138. On 01/01/2026, my VISA card ending in 1501 was charged $108 for a subscription renewal. I did not intend to continue the subscription and did not knowingly authorize this renewal. On 08/01/2026, I clicked “Cancel” in my account because I no longer want to use Smallpdf and do not plan to continue with any paid plan. I kindly request a full refund of $108 to my original payment method, and written confirmation that my subscription has been cancelled and that no further charges will be made to my account. I would appreciate your assistance in resolving this matter as soon as possible.
