Smallpdf Charged Me After I Canceled Free Trial — Requesting Refund

I signed up for Smallpdf as part of the free trial period. Even though I canceled my subscription before the trial ended, the cancellation did not go through, and I just noticed on my new statement that about 12 dollars was charged to my credit card on November 19. I did not use the service at all outside of the trial period.

After noticing this issue, I contacted Smallpdf’s support team in writing, but I have not received any response so far. Since I canceled during the trial and did not use the service afterward, I request a full refund of the 12 dollars that was charged to me.

I kindly ask that this issue be reviewed and resolved as soon as possible, and that my refund be processed without delay.
