Smallpdf Double-Charged Despite Cancellation

I signed up for the 7‑day free trial of Smallpdf Pro and cancelled the subscription within the trial period. Despite cancelling, on 31 March 2026, I was charged twice, with two separate payments of £9 each, for a total of £18 in GBP. On 31 March, I contacted Smallpdf through their support channel and received an automatic reply, which I answered, but I have not received any further response. Today, 14 April, I tried to contact support again and once more only received an automatic and irrelevant reply, without any real assistance or solution. I am using Smallpdf from the UK via the Microsoft Edge browser. The email address linked to my Smallpdf Pro subscription and the payments in question is: richard.mo***@otosanltd.co.uk. Since I cancelled my trial and never intended to continue with a paid subscription, and considering I was charged twice, I am requesting a full refund of both charges, totalling £18, and written confirmation that no further payments will be taken.
