How to Cancel Smallpdf Subscription and Request a Refund
On October 26, 2025, I noticed that a charge of approximately $12 was withdrawn from my account without my knowledge or authorization through my Smallpdf account.
My membership is registered under the username didembsss37, and the payment receipt shows the document number syj2025293490784. I saw that this transaction was made via the Smallpdf website, but I never started or approved any subscription. I also did not receive any notification or email regarding an automatic renewal of my membership.
As soon as I became aware of the issue, I logged into my account and canceled my subscription. However, since this transaction occurred without my consent, I request a full refund of the amount charged. I kindly ask for your assistance in resolving this matter.
