My membership is registered under the username didembsss37, and the payment receipt shows the document number syj2025293490784. I saw that this transaction was made via the Smallpdf website, but I never started or approved any subscription. I also did not receive any notification or email regarding an automatic renewal of my membership.
As soon as I became aware of the issue, I logged into my account and canceled my subscription. However, since this transaction occurred without my consent, I request a full refund of the amount charged. I kindly ask for your assistance in resolving this matter.
