I’ve tried submitting a complaint through Pegasus Airlines' "Write to Us" section, but it just stalls with a "Simply dream of flying" message. What do I need to do to solve this problem?

Many other travelers have reported similar concerns with Pegasus Airlines' "Write to Us" feature. That seems a regular concern from tourists who attempt to submit feedback or complaints via this route.
