I checked in online for my Pegasus flight PC2675 from Ankara Esenboğa Airport on November 8, 2025, at 12:40. The time to enter the gate on my ticket was 12:45 and the time to leave was 13:00. When I asked the right people for the firearm delivery form, they told me they weren't processing it and that the flight had already closed. Then they left the area. Then I was sent to Pegasus's delayed assistance desk. Even though I explained what was going on at 12:43, they told me I couldn't board and could only cancel my ticket. I also called Pegasus customer service and filled out a complaint form during this time. But I still can't get to Istanbul, and my problems keep getting worse. I want my ₺965.79 ticket fee back and some money for the trouble I've had. I want this issue to be resolved and answered right away.
