I Face Pegasus Check-in Page Not Loading Despite Multiple Attempts

On October 5, 2025, I tried to use the Pegasus Airlines online check-in system for my 7:15 a.m. Sabiha Gökçen – Antalya flight (PNR: 1BZJE3). However, every time I clicked “Continue,” the system froze and the process would not complete. I also tried using different devices and browsers, but the same issue persisted.
I then contacted Pegasus customer service, and they told me that there was a general system issue, but offered no real solution to my problem. I am requesting that this technical issue be resolved immediately and that my inconvenience be properly addressed.
I also expect to be informed promptly regarding the situation and how Pegasus plans to compensate for the disruption caused by this malfunction.
