Pegasus - Lost Item And Terrible Customer Service

On 20.07.2026 I flew with Pegasus Airlines on flight PC1151 from Sabiha Gökçen (SAW) to Nice, and my checked luggage nev...er arrived at Nice. After waiting for hours and repeatedly trying to reach Pegasus customer support without any success, I had to research the process on my own and discovered that
