Pegasus Flight Delayed With No Information Provided
On 28.12.2025, during my Pegasus flight PC 2679, there was approximately a one-hour delay, and throughout this period no information or explanation was provided by Pegasus. I waited without any clear announcement or guidance, which caused both time loss and serious inconvenience. Due to this delay, I had to use a taxi and paid ₺1,000 for transportation. I shared my situation with the relevant staff, but they were indifferent and did not offer any support or solution. I request that the ₺1,000 taxi cost I had to pay because of the delay be covered and that I receive an official apology from Pegasus for the lack of information and the indifferent attitude I encountered.
