Pegasus Staff Insult At Düsseldorf Airport Gate C54 Boarding
On 28.01.2026 at Düsseldorf Airport, at boarding gate C54 for my Pegasus flight, I had a very upsetting experience with one of your employees. During the boarding process, the staff member made an insulting statement, saying “If dogs could pray, it would rain bones.” I found this remark extremely disrespectful and humiliating, especially coming from an employee who is representing the company in front of passengers. After the incident, I sent an email to Pegasus to report what happened, but I have not received any response so far. The lack of feedback has increased my disappointment and made me feel that my complaint is not being taken seriously. I request that a disciplinary action be taken against this employee and that all ticket and baggage fees for the flights issued in her name be refunded. I kindly ask you to investigate this incident, inform me in detail about the outcome, and ensure that similar situations do not occur again. If there is no response to this complaint, I will consider all my written complaints as accepted by you and I will seek my rights through legal channels.
