Pegasus Flight Delayed Eight Hours - Compensation Not Paid

On October 4, 2025, my Pegasus flight PC311 from Batumi to Sabiha Gökçen was delayed by eight hours. A day before the flight, I received a message stating that there would be a delay due to operational reasons. However, Pegasus later claimed the delay was caused by weather conditions, even though the earlier message clearly mentioned operational reasons. Because of this delay, I missed my connecting flight, which had a four-hour layover, and had to take three different means of transportation to get home. As a result, I endured a 20-hour delay and severe exhaustion. I filed a compensation claim for the delay, but no payment has been made. The responses I received from Pegasus were unsatisfactory, and I’ve experienced similar delays on this route before, causing repeated inconvenience. I purchased my ticket via the Pegasus website using my credit card. My reservation number is 1B8KHC. I request that my grievance be resolved and my compensation paid.
