Compensation Claim Unresolved and Ignored By Pegasus Airlines
I experienced a delay of over 8 hours on my international flight with Pegasus, which took place at night. Due to this delay, I arrived late at my hotel, my work was negatively impacted, and I incurred an unnecessary hotel expense for one night. Despite submitting a compensation claim, I have not received any response for over two months. Even after reminding customer service about my situation, no solution has been provided. I hope this issue can be resolved as soon as possible.
