Pegasus Airlines Staff Rude Behavior At the Airport Boarding Gate
On October 26, 2025, I purchased a ticket through your Pegasus app for the flight from Izmir ADB to SAW with PNR number 1dfqrq. While waiting in line to board, an employee named S**** Ö* with ID number 17360, along with a female employee with ID number 25374 who completely refused to give her name, began raising their voices at us in an unnecessarily rude and disrespectful manner about the number of carry-on items allowed on the plane. When we asked why they were behaving this way, we were met with a loud and impolite response: “You should know the rules, and if you know them, you must follow them!” As a 42-year-old academic, I refuse to be shouted at and treated disrespectfully in front of dozens of people. If the necessary action is not taken against these employees, I will continue to pursue my rights through official legal channels, including social media. I respectfully request that appropriate measures be taken regarding this matter.
