Pegasus Failure To Apply Campaign Discount And Resulting Customer Grievance
I received a promotional email from Pegasus Airlines regarding a 40% discount campaign valid until November 28, for flights to Scandinavian countries between January 13 and March 12. Although I carefully reviewed all campaign conditions and selected flights that fully comply with these terms, the discount is not applied at any stage during the payment process on the mobile application. Despite trying repeatedly at different times over the past ten days, the campaign discount has never been reflected in the final price. When I tried again yesterday, I also observed that ticket prices had increased significantly during this period. For this reason, I have serious concerns that customers are being intentionally made to wait under the impression that a discount exists, and are later forced to purchase tickets at much higher prices without any discount. I consider this to be a misleading commercial practice. In order to report this issue, I attempted to contact Pegasus: Via email, but received no response whatsoever, Through the WhatsApp support line, which is not functioning, As I am currently abroad, I also do not have the possibility to reach customer service by phone. As a result, I have been left completely without support and seriously disadvantaged. My Request: I respectfully request that: A usable discount code matching the campaign terms be provided to me, or My right to the relevant discount be granted retroactively in order to compensate for my loss, and that I receive a formal written response regarding this matter. Otherwise, I hereby notify you that I will escalate this issue to the Consumer Arbitration Committee and other relevant official authorities.
