Pegasus Flight Delayed 5 Hours Causing Missed Connection

On 15 August, I was scheduled to travel with Pegasus Airlines on the Muş–Istanbul Sabiha Gökçen flight. This flight was delayed for about 5 hours, and as a result of this long delay I missed my connecting flight and my travel plans were seriously disrupted. Due to this delay and the missed connection, I experienced both time loss and additional grievances in planning my trip. I am requesting appropriate compensation from Pegasus for the delay and the missed connection, within the framework of passenger rights and the company’s responsibility.
