On September 17, 2025, I arrived at Antalya Airport at 10:30 AM for my Pegasus flight PC 2007 to Istanbul Sabiha Gökçen. Despite being on time, I faced an unexpected issue during check-in. The staff asked whether I had already checked in, but due to a system failure, I was unable to complete the process and was ultimately denied boarding.
I was not the only one affected—at least 10 other passengers experienced the exact same problem. To continue my travel plans, I had no choice but to purchase a ticket for the 11:55 AM flight, which cost me an additional ₺1,965, paid via my credit card.
I booked my ticket directly through Pegasus, and I have always arrived early at the airport without any issues until now. This was the first time I encountered such a failure, and it caused significant inconvenience and financial loss.
I demand that Pegasus refund the ₺1,965 extra fee charged to my credit card and take responsibility for the check-in system malfunction that left multiple passengers stranded.
