Pegasus Airlines Delayed My Flight 12 Hours With Little Support

On 5 January 2026, I was scheduled to fly with Pegasus on flight PC332 from Budapest to Sabiha Gökçen (SAW) under booking reference 1HZV81. This flight was delayed for approximately 12 hours, which caused serious disruption to my travel plans and considerable inconvenience. During this long delay, Pegasus provided only 12,000 HUF and no hotel accommodation, even though we were kept waiting for many hours as the departure time was repeatedly postponed. For such a significant delay, I consider the provided assistance to be clearly insufficient. I request that Pegasus pay appropriate compensation and refund related expenses in line with applicable passenger rights regulations for this 12‑hour delay and the inadequate care provided. I have not yet submitted any complaint directly to Pegasus, and I expect this issue to be resolved promptly with fair monetary compensation.

Hello! We were on same plane I guess. I wrote my complain to Pegasus Airlines, today they refused me because they say the delay happend because of weather conditions...I wrote another complain now because i could not accept, i read many news it was more like an accident than a normal snow issue. May I ask did you achive something? Thank you
