My Pegasus Airlines Ticket Price Increased Unfairly

On December 16, 2023, I contacted Pegasus customer service by phone to purchase a ticket for a London–Istanbul flight. Between 17:00–18:00, I paid with my credit card for the ticket with PNR number SQ6H4A. However, within two hours, the ticket price was increased from 160 GBP to 832 GBP. I spoke with Pegasus customer service about this excessive price hike, and they only offered me a refund of 15 GBP. I believe that I was misled over the phone and sold the most expensive ticket ever issued on the London–Istanbul route. Despite Pegasus call center and managers being aware of this incident for two years, they have provided no solution and even acted dismissively. As a result, I filed a complaint with the London Commercial Court. I request that this issue be made known to all Pegasus customers to prevent others from experiencing the same situation.
