Pegasus Flight Delayed Four Hours With No Help or Explanation



On November 14, 2025, my Pegasus flight from Erzincan to Bodrum was delayed by about four hours, and during this entire time no explanation or solution was provided. My reservation number is 1C6NGX, and I purchased the ticket through the Pegasus app. While waiting, Erzincan Airport staff shouted warnings at passengers and left us standing in the cold, while other staff members were smoking instead of offering any information. Even before the plane landed, I received a text message just two minutes after the gates opened at 9:50 AM, and then I was made to wait for another hour. I tried contacting Pegasus customer service, but I received no response. I had to spend ₺4,500 on food during this long wait, and although a transfer service was offered, I couldn’t find an available seat and was unable to use it. Although the flight eventually took place, I am requesting compensation for the inconvenience I experienced, along with at least a partial refund or another satisfactory solution.
