I purchased the Dyson 360 robot vacuum right after its launch, trusting Dyson’s reputation for powerful suction and reliable support. In the beginning, everything worked great—mapping was precise, and suction performance was strong. That all changed after a recent software update.

Now, the robot struggles with orientation and mapping. It frequently gets confused, misjudges its location, and can't complete a proper cleaning cycle. I reported the issue, and the device was picked up by Dyson's service team. After service, the mapping seems to have improved, but now it can’t find its docking station, and the suction power has noticeably dropped.

I can't help but wonder if early buyers like me received problematic first-batch units, as this level of decline is unacceptable for a premium product. I specifically chose Dyson over other well-known brands due to its cleaning power and promised customer support—but I’m now feeling completely let down.
