Dyson V15 Suddenly Stopped Working After 2.5 Years

We purchased our Dyson V15 vacuum about 2.5 years ago from Teknosa in Ankara. We have two Dyson vacuums at home, and this device is not even used frequently. However, last week the vacuum suddenly shut off and never turned back on. Even though the warranty has expired, I cannot accept that a product from a brand known for its high price and quality would fail in such a short time. Two and a half years is definitely too short for an electronic product to break down.

I have not received any technical service support yet, nor have I contacted Dyson customer service. I still have the invoice for the product. I am requesting that this issue be resolved and that my vacuum be repaired free of charge.
